Stile / Rail:

Finger jointed stile/rail made of selected pinewood and hardwood pieces with good screw holding capacity.

Cross Band:

Generally we use Popular / Mango / Neem / Gurjan for cross band in flush door .

Face Veneer:

We must used Gurjan wood as face veneer.

COMMERCIAL - with face veneers from selected commercial hard wood.

Adhesive:

It is the main factor for manufacturing flush door, Superior bonding criteria is achieved by using phenol formaldehyde (PF)synthetic resin.
